Cellulosic ethanol (aka lignocellulosic ethanol, or ceetoh) is a type of biofuel produced from lignocellulose, that comprises much of the mass of plants.
Biodiesel >> In addition to ethanol, ADM is a world leader in another renewable fuel: biodiesel. This renewable, emissions-reducing fuel is already becoming the “green fuel of choice in Europe and Asia. ADM derives the core ingredient of biodiesel, methyl ester, from the dependable supply of vegetable oils provided by our food operations. ADM also produces an additive that helps prevent oxidation-based deterioration of biodiesel fuels: vitamin E, the same substance celebrated for its antioxidant properties in the human body.
